Beta-alanine, citrulline and creatine have no authorised performance claim for on-pack use, so they sell on dose transparency and formulation, not a benefit promise. Where you add B vitamins or magnesium, you can use their authorised claims, for example magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
